Job Summary
The Senior Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring a safe and trusted experience for customers, drivers, and associates by serving as a central intake and enforcement function for Trust & Safety incidents.
+Responsibilities
- Triage, analyze escalation final decision-making high-risk cases driving continuous improvement automation preventative strategies across Trust & Safety ecosystem.
- Assists designing executing intake-related project plans organizing timelines deliverables stakeholder engagement improve Trust & Safety intake operations facilitates cross-functional meetings stakeholder teams analyze intake workflows identify gaps implement operational initiatives develops manages intake project requests timelines establishing clear requirements communicating project status risks resource needs corrective action drive results leads supports Trust & Safety intake operations triaging analyzing incident tickets escalations risk signals ensure accurate classification prioritization routing policy severity compliance standards serves final decision-maker enforcement actions including driver deactivations strikes POD removals customer block requests weekend fraud-related actions identifies root causes recurring intake issues recommends data-driven solutions improve quality consistency turnaround time develops improves operational tools reports intake-facing functionality subject-matter expertise direction business functional requirements partners cross-functionally Product Engineering Policy QA Appeals Pre-Arb Safety Fraud CES Store Operations deliver scalable intake solutions span multiple workstreams systems provides solutions complex problems cross business functions timeframes supports implementation preventative strategies translating insight actionable improvements upstream applies up-date Trust & Safety expertise industry best practices development execution continuous improvement action plans provides guidance insight peers partner teams improve quality policy interpretation operational effectiveness implements operational best practices scale Walmart organization developing mechanisms tools standardized processes roll out improvements monitors progress results opportunities optimization adapts competing priorities organizational changes evolving risk landscapes models compliance company policies procedures Trust & Safety standards incorporating into uptake operations project execution supports Walmart mission values ethics integrity demonstrating enabling others apply principles daily work using Open Door Policy.
