    Sr. IAM Security Engineer (Remote Work Option)

    Primary Job Functions

    We are seeking a Sr. IAM Security Engineer who will be a part of our Cyber Security Team.

    This team works with the business community to secure data, systems, network resources, and protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of our customers and company assets to ensure they are secure and in compliance with regulatory controls.

    To support this mission, the Cyber Security Team will,

    Develop processes, procedures, and policies required for the protection of confidential information Identify risks to the security of data and systems

    Mitigate these risks to levels acceptable to the enterprise

    Define security requirements, establish baselines and measure compliance, based on applicable laws, regulations, and best practices

    Consult with business users and departments to investigate security issues and evaluate products and processes

    Primary Job Functions

    Security Operations

    Evaluate security tools and capabilities
    Evaluate the current security capabilities and make recommendations a needed
    Monitor, identify, detect, prioritize and investigate alerts
    Work collaboratively across technology support teams

    Identity Access Management (IAM)

    Meet with cyber security leadership to develop the IAM strategy
    Preparation and documentation of run books for the IAM
    Administer and maintain a PAM/IAM/Key Management environments
    Identity Governance Administration (IGA) Concepts
    Provide educational information for other team members on processes and steps to be followed

    Administration, Automation and Response

    Understanding of automation concepts along with using scripting languages:
    Active Directory
    Azure Active Directory
    Privileged Access Management (PAM)
    Password Vaulting Management
    PowerShell
    Python
    Single Sign On (SSO)
    Multifactor Authentication (MFA)
    Methodology of connecting security tools and integrating disparate security systems and streamline security processes
    Connect tools and teams while also automating manual processes to speed, scale and strengthen security response posture

    Support Incident Response Plan (IRP)

    Meet with cyber security leadership to gain better understanding of the IRP
    Familiarize process and procedures of run books for the IRP
    Understand the concepts and principles of what is needed to be done to support the IRP
    Provide educational information for other team members on processes and steps to be followed

    Cloud Services

    Experience managing cloud security services in AWS, Azure, GC
    Knowledge and understanding of Cloud Security services
    Understand Keys and Key Management and Security Groups
    Understanding of Identity and Access Management principles

    Education/Qualifications

    Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Management or equivalent work experience
    Minimum of 7 years of work-related experience in Cyber Security, Security Engineering, Threat Intelligence and or Security Monitoring
    Good verbal and written communication skills.
    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
    Proficient with PAM solutions and implementation
    Proficient with PKI solutions and implementation
    Familiar with Password Vaulting Solutions
    Familiarity with the concept of Least Privileged
    Familiar with regularity controls such as SOX, GDPR, FNRA, PCIDSS, NIST & ISO
    Familiar with Security Control Frameworks such as NIST and ISO
