- PhD in astronomy or astrophysics
- 30+ years' experience in lunar ephemeris work
- Engage with Information Assurance staff to ensure compliance with DoD requirements.
- Prepare and maintain documentation in all areas of expertise.
- Complete successful "check-in" and "check-out" processes for contractors prior to commencing/terminating work at USNO.
- Comply with all health-related rules governing access to Navy facilities
- The planning and support for the completion of these tasks will be performed at USNO
- All documentation of processes, software, and reports generated during the performance of this contract will be the property of USNO
