Position Summary:

As part of the Maintenance team, the Welder/Fabricator will perform inspections and repairs to a variety of equipment and facility areas including manufacturing equipment and tools, interior and exterior areas, walls/flooring, installed fixtures, lighting, etc.

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Practice safe work habits to ensure production is efficient and safe while observing all relevant OSHA regulations.
• At least 2 years of welding and fabricating experience, including:
• Stick welding
• MIG welding
• Oxygen & Acetylene cutting
• High voltage electrical
• Hydraulic working knowledge
• Preferred electrical work experience, including:
• Three-phase
• 460V
• 110V
• Ability and dexterity to work on small tools
• Ability to read and construct projects from plans
• Welding certification preferred

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Versatility and willingness to transfer into various departments when necessary.
• Clear and effective communication.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to walk, climb, and lift at least 50 pounds, as well as other physical duties needed.
