    As a Parts Counter Sales representative, you are a valued member of our team, performing:

    • Provides exceptional customer service when assisting all customers with parts needs at the front parts counter or over the phone.
    • Processes sales transactions in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
    • Upsells companion part requirements and specials.
    • Performs outbound sales calls for assigned, targeted accounts.
    • Prepares parts including order filling from stock.

    Preferred Candidates have the following:

    • Automotive Industry experience preferred
    • MS Office and computer literacy
    • Team-player attitude at all times
    • Customer-focused service approach
    • Problem-solving capabilities
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize between in-person customers and those on the phone.

    Compensation: $17 - $25/hr. + monthly incentive bonus

    Language Skills

    Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers of employees of the organization.

    Mathematical Skills

    Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

    Reasoning Ability

    Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations with only limited resources. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is

    · Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.

    · The employee frequently is required to walk; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.

    · The employee is required to stand and sit for extended periods of time (hours)

    · The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 lbs.

    · Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and distance vision.
