    Description
    Do you have general maintenance experience? Are you available for emergency on-call rotation? Do you enjoy working on plumbing, carpentry, painting and appliance repair? If so, we are looking for you to join our team as a Maintenance Technician Lead

    Grow with us – learning & training programs; tuition & certification reimbursement; Manage and perform resident work orders, including general repairs, plumbing and maintenance repairs
    for future residents by completing standard checklist items set by our corporate office

    Keep equipment both on the building and inside units, in working condition by following a year-round preventative maintenance schedule.

    For example, power washing breezeways and performing unit walks to check for signs of leakage.
    Keep our grounds and amenities looking immaculate (including pools and indoor/outdoor BBQ grills)
    Perform site inspections with Maintenance leadership and ensure safety policies and standards are met
    Keep a pulse on inventory and order building materials and supplies as needed
    with an annual bonus that is tied to performance
    3 years of experience in facililities maintenance, preferrably in multifamily.
    Bilingual in Spanish preferred

    Maintenance Learner - – You have at least a year of general maintenance experience, preferably within an apartment complex setting, or have general knowledge of how to fix items.

    People Person – You deliver a WOW experience for each resident and ensure a great maintenance experience

    Plumbing:
    repairs, replace parts, installation

    Painting:
    drywall/plaster repairs, painting

    Electrical/Appliance:
    lighting, wiring, power circuits, replacing switches, etc.
