    We are seeking a Temp Lifecycle & Retention Marketing Associate to support our team for 6 months.

    Rate: $25-30/hour

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing campaigns from start to finish, including identifying target audiences, crafting compelling email copy, collaborating with designers to create visually appealing graphics, building campaigns in our email service provider, testing for accessibility and quality, and tracking performance to inform future improvements.
    • Create targeted audience lists in our CRM for tailored email and paid media campaigns.
    • Analyze campaign performance, including email engagement and conversions, and provide actionable insights to the Marketing team.
    • Cultivate cross-campus collaborations between Lincoln Center's resident organizations through strategic email, digital, social, and on-campus marketing initiatives.
    • Support the development of new audience journeys, encompassing lead generation, welcome campaigns, and SMS alerts.
    • Stay abreast of lifecycle marketing and email marketing industry regulations and trends to optimize campaigns continuously.

    Requirements:

    • 1-2 years of marketing experience
    • Professional or internship experience in arts marketing, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing
    • Strong copywriting skills
    • Experience working with an email service provider is preferred
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
    • Superior written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
    • Able to analyze data critically and extract valuable learnings
