    Job Title:

    ADE Systems, Inc. Representative

    Summary:

    We are seeking an entry-level and experienced individual to join our Project Management Team in our Freeport, NY office.

    Overview:

    This is a detail-oriented and responsible role that involves multi-tasking, preparing detailed submittals, and managing projects from start to finish.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Read HVAC blueprints and define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
    • Interact with customers, engineers, and other stakeholders as required.
    • Prepare submittals for the products ADE represents.
    • Release orders, prepare change orders when necessary, and manage budgets.
    • Track deliverables, implement changes, and evaluate project results.

    Requirements:

    • HVAC background and theoretical and practical project management knowledge.
    • Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and/or change management.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and Bluebeam.

    What We Offer:

    • Salary range based on experience ($50,000 - $80,000 per year).
