    Our thriving, award-winning practice in Saint Louis is excited to welcome another exceptional doctor to our Dental Family.

    Compensation and Schedule

    We offer flexibility so you can choose the structure that works best for you:

    • Option for production-only or hourly plus reduced production while getting started
    • Expected annual income: $200,000 to $450,000
    • Clinical schedule: 3 to 4 days per week
    • Medical, dental, vision, and 401K benefits
    • Ownership opportunity available for the right candidate

    What We're Looking For

    A personable, motivated, and experienced Dentist who:

    • Is passionate about delivering high-quality dentistry and continuously improving
    • Enjoys building long-term patient relationships
    • Is hard working, caring, and a true team player
    • Is seeking a stable, supportive, and growth-oriented practice
    • Wants to work 3 to 4 days per week
    • Looking to find a long term dental practice to call home

    Experience in the following areas is a plus, but not required. We offer excellent mentorship and support:

    • Composite restorations
    • Crown and bridge
    • Endodontics - Strongly Preferred
    • Extractions
    • Partials and dentures
    • Cosmetic dentistry
    • Dental implants
    • Conscious sedation
