    Description
    Role: Lead .Net Developer

    Location: Washington, DC (Onsite from day one)

    Required Skills:
    • Experience of 12+ years SD365 Customization, C# PLSQL/TSQL, Azure cloud, Developing overall technical strategies for external client projects from technical requirements, Communicating on a regular basis regarding progress, challenges, timelines and end results of client projects
    • Direct and oversee local and offshore developers
    • Create technical estimations and gather technical requirements as needed ¿ Create and update design and functional documents
    • Hands-on experience with C#.Net, ADO.Net, ASP.Net, Web API with MVC, MVC.Net ¿ Proficient in User Controls, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, LINQ and RDLC.
    • Knowledge in working with DevExpress controls.
    • Hands-on experience in Banking software development.
    • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
    • An iterative approach to development, using short development cycles and frequent builds ¿ Perform a mix of maintenance and new development as required
    • Implement project applications according to specifications
    • Work both independently and as part of a team to create reliable and high performing modules
    • Unit test code to ensure quality
    • Perform code review sessions with other developers and suggest improvements or alternate approaches when appropriate
    • Assist project managers and directors with the creation of task level project plans that detail the specific tasks required to deliver a solution
    • Work closely with project managers and account managers to ensure that expectations are met and that the team adheres to project schedules and budgets
    Roles and Responsibilities:
    • To ensure successful initiation, planning, execution, control, and completion of the project by guiding team members on technical aspects, and conducting reviews of technical documents and artifacts.
    • Lead project development, production support and maintenance activities.
    • Fill and ensure timesheets are completed, as is the invoicing process, on or before the deadline.
    • Lead the customer interface for the project on an everyday basis, proactively addressing any issues before they are escalated.
    • Create functional and technical specification documents. Track open tickets/ incidents in queue and allocate tickets to resources and ensure that the tickets are closed within the deadlines. Ensure analysts adhere to SLA
    • Ensure that all in the delivery team, including self, are constantly thinking of ways to do things faster, better or in a more economical manner.
    • Lead and ensure project is in compliance with Software Quality Processes and within timelines. Review functional and technical specification documents.
    • Serve as the single point of contact for the team to the project stakeholders.
    • Promote team work, motivate, mentor and develop subordinates. Provide application production support as per process/RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted and Informed) Matrix.
