Job summary
We are looking for a Maintenance team member to keep our nursing facility clean and in order. The ideal candidate will have experience with maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping and painting. They will also be responsible for regulating the flow of fuel into the furnace and maintaining building equipment.- Repair and perform routine maintenance of facility equipment.
- Maintain listing off all equipment within the facility with record of dates and preventative maintenance performed on all equipment as well as routine testing and lock out tag out.
