    Nurse Practitioner Position at State-of-the-Art Fertility Center

    We are a cutting-edge fertility center focused on IVF, committed to providing top-notch care to our patients. We are on the lookout for a full-time Nurse Practitioner passionate about women's health and eager to contribute to our practice's expansion.

    • Job Summary:
    • The Nurse Practitioner should embody integrity and have exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will be proactive, driven, and excel in a collaborative care environment. This role involves working closely with physicians to devise and implement personalized treatment plans.
    • Key Responsibilities:
    • - Conduct patient consultations, manage infertility evaluations, and execute treatment protocols.
    • - Collect detailed medical history, review records, and conduct necessary physical examinations.
    • - Provide infertility services like ultrasonography, routine gynecological exams, endometrial biopsy, and analysis of lab results.
    • - Collaborate with physicians to customize and implement treatment plans for each patient.
    • - Perform procedures such as Saline Infusion Sonohysterogram (SHG) and Intra-Uterine Insemination.
    • - Assist in minor surgical procedures and post-operative care under physician supervision.
    • - Offer counseling and secure informed consent from patients before fertility treatments.
    • - Assess and counsel women with reproductive endocrine issues and administer appropriate therapy.
    • - Conduct early pregnancy monitoring via ultrasonography.
    • - Supervise clinical staff to ensure quality care, manage schedules, and support organizational goals.
    • - Act as a bridge between clinical staff and supervising physicians to enhance medical care and address areas for improvement.
    • - Provide patient counseling and education on relevant health issues.
    • Requirements:
    • - Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in California.
    • - Preferred background in IVF (fertility), women's health, or OBGYN.
    • - Proficient in ultrasounds/sonography.
    • - Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a team setting.
    • - Competency in EMRs and computer literacy.
    • - Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
