    Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients
    • Maintain a high level of knowledge about products and services offered by Drybar
    • Use problem-solving skills to address customer concerns in a professional manner
    • Operate Point of Sale Systems efficiently
    • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment

    Requirements:

    • At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment (sales associate, retail sales associate, customer service representative, store associate, salon associate, or similar position)
    • Previous experience with Point of Sale Systems is strongly preferred
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Ability to work at a sustained, fast pace
    • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
    • Track record of providing outstanding customer service
    • Ability to multitask with ease
