Job summary
The Renewals Specialist is responsible for working with the team to achieve the goal of renewing our stabilized residents. Provides support to all leasing teams on property management systems (Yardi, Rently, Prism, etc.) and daily processesResponsibilities
- Ensure that each resident with an expiring lease receives a renewal offer 65 days prior to their lease expiration date.
- Manage multiple Renewal Offers with different requirements from each investment group based on a revenue management strategy.
