Job summary
The Associate Operations Engineer joins the Tech Desktop team that deploys and supports end-user compute across HQ and 60+ branch locations. This is a hands-on, operationally focused role with a unique opportunity to contribute to a large Windows laptop refresh (~2,000 devices over the next couple of years) and to support the organization's transition from on-prem management (AD + SCCM/MECM) to a modern cloud management model (Intune/Azure).- You'll handle break/fix tickets, device imaging and deployment, and day-to-day operational workflows (receiving, inventory, labeling, shipping), while partnering with the team on workflow improvements in ServiceNow.
