- Partner with leadership to provide recommendations on performance management processes to include, policy violation warnings, performance improvement plans, staffing reviews, and succession planning
- Establish accountable leadership through strong influencing skills, interpersonal savvy, and understanding of organizational dynamics and being results-driven
- Act as a trusted advisor to Leaders when conducting performance reviews, offer guidance on creating and delivering feedback, goal setting for their team, creating a high performance and development-oriented culture
- Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Organize and conduct an engaging onboarding orientation for new hires as an introduction to key systems, Company culture and benefits, and other important new-to-role information
- Collaborate with hiring leaders and Talent Acquisition Specialists on interviewing candidates, managing job postings, and refining position descriptions for new and existing roles
- Gather feedback from team members on their experience with the company. Analyze feedback with leadership to implement positive change and drive employee retention and engagement
- Administer and support team members through the FMLA and ADA process. Monitor and track absence status, medical documentation to include accommodation requests, return to work date, and leave-related payroll processing
- Partner with HR Specialist and/or HR & Recruiting Coordinator on offer letter generation and communication sheets for any position or compensation changes within the company
- Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations relative to compensation, benefits, employment, payroll, and worker's compensation. Support the development and communication of HR policies and procedures
- Complete miscellaneous HR projects and other related administrative duties as assigned
- Ability to influence in both formal and informal settings

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- 3+ years of current experience as a full cycle HR Generalist
- PHR or SPHR certified preferred
- Proven track record of driving HR excellence with a strong understanding of HR practices and passion for fostering a positive workplace culture
- Working conditions are normal for an office environment
- Frequent use of hands to manipulate the keyboard, telephone, files, and other equipment
