About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented
Mortgage Loan Processor
to join our team in a fast‑paced, professional office environment. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, possess strong analytical abilities, and thrive in a collaborative, operations‑driven setting. This position plays a critical role in supporting mortgage processing functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Review and process mortgage documentation in accordance with established guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of borrower information, loan files, and supporting documents.
Communicate with borrowers, internal teams, and third parties to obtain required documentation and clarify file details.
Assist with preparing files for underwriting, ensuring all conditions and documentation are properly gathered.
Monitor loan pipelines, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure timely progression through each stage of the mortgage process.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and investor regulations as well as internal policies.
Resolve discrepancies or missing information by collaborating with the appropriate departments.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries.
Support loan closing preparation and post‑closing review as needed.
Maintain accurate records and data entry within internal loan systems.
Work Environment & Schedule
Fully in-office, Monday through Friday
Typical work schedules include:
7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
The office is open 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM, allowing some flexibility.
Candidates must be available between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM to support occasional coverage needs or later shifts.
Equipment will be provided for rare situations requiring remote work (e.g., severe weather or weekend overtime).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $ $23.00/hr.
