    Job Description Job Description SummaryPerforms data research, collects and analyzes data from all revenue producing areas of the resort, with major emphasis on casino visitation, play and offer redemptions.

    Develops strategic database lists for monthly promotional mailings and all other Direct Marketing activities in order to drive traffic and maximize revenue and profitability to the casino.

    Duties/ResponsibilitiesResearch, collect and prepare data to evaluate existing and potential marketing programs.
    Identify and monitor competitors in the gaming industry.
    Track market conditions or changes in the industry that may have an effect on revenue.
    Extract data from players club database to analyze customer profiles to assist in determining marketing strategies and offers.
    Provide support with special marketing projects and promotions.
    Apply and facilitate effective communication via email, memo, presentation, between the Marketing coordinator and other departments.
    Applies positive communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with guests, (internal and external), at all times.
    Prepare and type correspondence, reports, forms, charts and graphs as necessary.
    Organize and maintain files, records, correspondence and reports.
    Able to adhere to deadlines, while following policies and procedures.
    Work effectively by prioritizing projects appropriately.
    Able to navigate through the internet to collect data for marketing research.
    Proficiency with the Oasis player tracking system.

    Clear understanding of all aspects of the gaming operation and the key performance indicators which drive; Business Volume, Revenue, Return visits from gamers with high theoretical win.

    Ability to perform quantitative proforma evaluations of Marketing Promotions and initiatives.
    Ability to communicate effectively with all department staff members as well as vendors.

    Must be physically present to work a regular, reliable, and predictable work schedule in accordance with business demands, and maintain a consistent and regular attendance record.

    Perform special projects and other responsibilities, tasks, or duties as requested.
    Supervisory ResponsibilitiesAssist with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.

    Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications.

    Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
    Speak with subordinates colleagues using clear and professional language.
    Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals.

    Serve as a contributing Team Member of the Soboba Band of Luiseno Indians enhancing the Casinos operations in all its business endeavors.

    Education / QualificationsMust be at least 21 years of age.
    High School Diploma or GED equivalent, required.
    Four (4) year degree in CRM, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
    Experience in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Outlook, Oasis, Loyalty & Everi. PreferredAny combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
    Must be able to provide evidence of eligibility to work in the United States of America.
    Certificates, licenses and registrationsAbility to obtain and maintain a valid Soboba Tribal Gaming Commission license.
    Required to submit to and obtain negative results on all drug and/or alcohol testing.
