Job summary
This is a rare opportunity to have a vital role in the initial stages of a greenfield advanced manufacturing facility and helping to define the future of American manufacturing.This position will be assigned to a specific 12 hour rotating shift following start of production
Prior to the start of production, the Production Operator is expected to participate in piloting activities to gain familiarity with the process,
- Operating rare earth processing equipment in the magnet production departments.
- Perform daily area and equipment inspections.
