Kraemer North America is currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team in our Pacific West Region.The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for contract administration, planning, cost control, and overall project leadership and job site management to ensure that projects are constructed in accordance with contract requirements, budget, and schedule.

Responsibilities:
Implement and execute the Five Point Planning ProcessProvide leadership and carry out our Kraemer safety culture in day-to-day operations and TEAM meetingsAssure compliance with Kraemer Safety and Quality ProgramsCoordinate labor, equipment, subcontractors, and material suppliersEnsure Safety, and TEAM goals are met, participates with crew in daily input, meetings, and follow-upResponsible for all project correspondence to and from owner, subcontractors, and suppliersReview and approve all project payables and payment requestsPrepare, review, approve and certify all project change proposals and/or claimsAssist with estimating projects.
