    Kraemer North America is currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team in our Pacific West Region.

    The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for contract administration, planning, cost control, and overall project leadership and job site management to ensure that projects are constructed in accordance with contract requirements, budget, and schedule.

    Responsibilities:


    Implement and execute the Five Point Planning ProcessProvide leadership and carry out our Kraemer safety culture in day-to-day operations and TEAM meetingsAssure compliance with Kraemer Safety and Quality ProgramsCoordinate labor, equipment, subcontractors, and material suppliersEnsure Safety, and TEAM goals are met, participates with crew in daily input, meetings, and follow-upResponsible for all project correspondence to and from owner, subcontractors, and suppliersReview and approve all project payables and payment requestsPrepare, review, approve and certify all project change proposals and/or claimsAssist with estimating projects.

    Perform Monthly CTC ReportsCoordinate the project needs between project superintendents, project & field engineers, and any other project support requirementsManage owner/client and subcontractor/supplier negotiationsManage project engineering and superintendent staffAct as Project EEO OfficerVerify invoices from vendorsProvide progress reportsMentor and develop project staffEnsure compliance with EEO/Affirmative Action contract requirementsResponsible for successful job close-outAssist in identifying market opportunities for assigned region by establishing and maintaining effective contact with owners, subs, suppliers and potential clientsActively pursue future work for KraemerQualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent work experienceMinimum five (5) years' experience in constructionExperience in budget managementExperience estimatingAbility to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of individualsHigh level of analytical abilityAbility to inspect formwork and falseworkProficiency in Vista, Heavy Job, Primavera, Bluebean and Microsoft SuiteAbility to perform in high-stress situations and demonstrate leadershipBenefits Medical & Dental InsurancePaid Parental Leave401(k)
