- The Senior Accounts Payable Analyst will be responsible for the accurate and timely reporting of invoice payments.
- Maintenance of purchase orders, getting the appropriate approvals, follow up, etc.
- Create new clients in the system.
- Assist with corporate credit card reimbursement and employee expense reports.
- Accounts payable reconciliation, booking journal entries.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- 5+ years accounts payable experience in a fast paced, high-volume department
- Experience analyzing accounts payable data and reviewing work of staff.
- Leadership skills.
- Working within the general ledger with booking AP journal entries and reconciliation is a huge plus.
