    Specialty1 Partners is seeking a full time, experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the accounting functions of our organization, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

    This role will involve managing a team of accountants, preparing financial reports, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management.


    Responsibilities:
    Maintains the organization's general ledger, tracking assets, liabilities, expenses, and revenues.
    Oversees monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close and financial reporting.
    Assists internal and/or external auditors with periodic auditing or the organization's financial records and statements.
    Reconciles and adjusts balance sheet accounts including Due to Due Forms and Intercompany.
    Ensure compliance with GAAP principles, including providing input on the design and application of new policies and processes.
    Guide other accountant levels by reviewing completed adjusting entries and trend reports.
    Oversees and tracks the progress and timeliness of month end close activities.
    Manages Accounting Supervisors, assists in the training and development of accounting staff.

    Required Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
    At least six years of experience working in finance, accounting, or a relevant field.
    Proven leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and develop a team. (Minimum 2 years of experience)
    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
    Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Concur).

    Thorough knowledge of financial and legal best practices and requirements with a proven ability to provide sound and ethical financial counsel to executive leadership.

    Thorough understanding of and personal involvement with systems and methodologies of finance and administration.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    Experience in the healthcare industry.
    Experience in NetSuite, , Concur platforms.
    Experience in multi-site environments.
    MBA preferred.
    Certified Public Accountant status highly desired.
