    This opportunity is exclusive for active-duty US Military Service members approved to undertake a SkillBridge Internship in partnership with Vets2PM's DoD SkillBridge program.

    Join One of Our Three Main Business Groups:

    1. Client Service Management

    As a SkillBridge Intern, you will be involved in managing a portfolio of service agreements, ensuring timely service delivery, and overseeing the financial performance of project service agreements. Your interactions with project customers will involve identifying their needs and providing technical recommendations for site enhancements.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Developing service delivery plans with customers to ensure on-time services
    • Coordinating with internal Siemens resources to define maintenance plans and schedules
    • Managing service agreement financial performance and customer satisfaction
    • Collaborating with sales to drive Siemens Digital Services and achieve customer goals
    • Identifying customer needs and making technical recommendations for service enhancements
    • Leading Quality Assurance activities and supporting service agreement renewals

    Qualifications:

    • U.S. Military experience as an E6 or above
    • High school diploma/GED required; Associate/Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Experience in demand-side energy services preferred
    • Good organizational and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in engineering HVAC, Building Automation, Fire Alarm systems
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and business software systems
    • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
    • Legally authorized for employment in the United States
    • Minimum age of 21 and a valid driver's license

    2. Field Technician/Specialist

    The face of Siemens, you will diagnose and work on HVAC/Building Automation systems to help customers save energy and money, contributing to a sustainable future.

    • Diagnosing and maintaining HVAC/Building Automation systems
    • Coordinating with internal teams for system discrepancies
    • Providing training instructions and system enhancements to customers

    Qualifications:

    • U.S. Military experience as an E4 or above
    • High school diploma/GED required; Associate/Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Experience in demand-side energy services preferred
    • Good organizational and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in engineering systems and Microsoft Office
    • Effective verbal and written communication in English
    • Authorization for employment in the U.S.
    • Minimum age of 21 and a valid driver's license

    3. Technical Project Management

    In this role, you will coordinate and manage multiple Building Automation, Fire/Life Safety, or Integrated Security projects in commercial buildings, ensuring project success and customer satisfaction.

    • Reviewing project contracts, specs, and drawings
    • Developing project schedules and coordinating team needs
    • Overseeing materials procurement and subcontractor activities
    • Providing project documentation and tracking resources
    • Managing schedule changes, scope impacts, and efficiency
    • Coordinating billing and commissioning resources

    Qualifications:

    • U.S. Military experience as an E6 or above
    • High school diploma/GED required; Associate/Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Experience in demand-side energy services preferred
    • Good organizational and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in engineering systems and Microsoft Office
    • Effective verbal and written communication in English
    • Authorization for employment in the U.S.
    • Minimum age of 21 and a valid driver's license
