    Description

    ABA Pathways, LLC is looking for compassionate, adaptable people who bring energy to their job and are looking to learn and grow within our company Here at Pathways, we embrace an employment environment that promotes growth and discovery, a person-centered approach to treatment/services, and cultural competence.

    Implement treatment plans using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to individuals on the Autism Spectrum on a one-on-one basis.


    • Diligently and consistently collect specific and appropriate patient progress behavior data.
    • Foster and maintain professional relationships with colleagues, supervisors, parents/guardians, patients, and community stakeholders.
    • Complete all required training, projects, session notes, and any other assigned task by the established deadline.
    • Meet all clinical and administrative deadlines including data submission, payroll, and other assigned tasks.
    Flexible availability between the hours of 8:30-6:30pm, Monday through Friday

    • Willing to work In-home sessions
    • Adult, child, and infant First Aid/CPR certified (pre-employment)
    • BA/BS in psychology or related field
    • Experience in ABA
    • Relevant professional experience with behavioral health issues
    • Loves to play and interact with children, teens, and young adults
    • Flexible and sensitive to different and varied socio-economic environments
    • 18 Hourly Wage
