We are looking for qualified LVNs in CA for nocturnal shifts in a skilled nursing facility, Monday-Friday. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
DUTIES:
Provides prescribed medical treatment and personal care services
Takes and records residents' vital signs.
Observes residents and reports adverse reactions to medication or treatment to the medical personnel in charge.
Administers specified medication, orally or by subcutaneous or intramuscular injection, and notes time and amount on residents' charts.
Collects samples, such as urine, blood, and sputum, from residents for testing.
Ensure the privacy and confidentiality of patient information
QUALIFICATIONS
Valid CA Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license
Strong work ethics
Proficient in performing vital signs measurements and basic medical procedures
Ability to pass background screening
