- Spearhead recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and recommending hires.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, coordinating paperwork completion, conducting orientation sessions, and training.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and swift resolution.
- Assist in the resolution of workplace conflicts or issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback discussions.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits.
- Act as a liaison between employees and benefit providers, resolving inquiries and discrepancies promptly.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources required. Master's degree preferred.
5 years of recent experience in full-time human resources roles, with exposure to various HR functions.

Meticulous with strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
