    Join Us - Contract Compliance Analyst II:
    • Support management on strategic initiatives and legal responsibilities.
    • Lead process enhancement for various agreements.
    • Develop a training program for internal stakeholders.
    • Engage with teams to initiate and coordinate projects.
    • Ensure compliance with legal obligations.
    This role is based in Central Office- Indianapolis, IN.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Contract & Lease Review & Management – 25%:
    • Review contracts, leases, and legal documents.
    • Negotiate commercial agreements.
    • Manage construction agreements.
    • Conduct lease abstraction.
    • Organize client contracts.
    • Maintain contract templates.
    • Implement process improvements.

    • Research & Data Management – 25%:
      • Assist in legal research and data analysis.
      • Formalize legal processes.
      • Edit and draft documents.

      Compliance Training & Relationship Management – 25%:
      • Educate stakeholders on compliance policies.
      • Conduct briefing sessions.
      • Manage relationships within the team.

      Compliance – 25%:
      • File legal documents.
      • Track legal disputes.

      Requirements:
      • Bachelor's Degree in related field.
      • Juris Doctorate degree preferred.
      • Paralegal certificate required.
      • 3+ years legal experience.
      • Competent in Microsoft Office.
      • Proficient in internet research.
      • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
