    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage stress, and take direction from the corporate team
    • Strong leadership qualities and experience in leading both FOH and BOH departments
    • Food Handling and Safety knowledge
    • Ability to lift and carry 30 lbs.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Reliable transportation
    • 3+ years of restaurant management experience in a full-service restaurant; General Manager experience preferred
    DUTIES
    • Provide leadership and direction to FOH, BOH, and management teams through delegation, communication, and monitoring of service and performance
    • Monitor food costs and develop strategies to minimize waste and maximize profitability
    • Ensure operations, service, and finances level consistently met or exceed corporate standards
    • Recruit and train new hires; continuously drive the development of all departments
    • Anticipate guests' needs to proactively and effectively ensure guests' total satisfaction
    • Maintain inventory management systems to ensure proper stock levels and adhere to processes for regular inventory audits and reconciliation
    • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of all food products
    • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment
