Possess advanced knowledge of Management Accounting information, the Cognos reporting and analysis tool and data warehouse system and business line systems.

Self-directed, collect, analyze and present financial information to help company management make sound business decisions and realize profit objectives. Leveraging the appropriate financial tool for the information and analysis needed is required. Provide thoughtful, accurate and precise analysis of data, effectively incorporating both fact and intuition into analysis and decision making.

Use strong communication skills to clearly explain financial results, profit improvement opportunities and financial analysis outcomes as well as exhibiting effective leadership skills.

Exhibit a strong potential for developing project management and problem solving skills.


This person will also:
Model & operational processing, validation & maintenance.

Ad hoc analysis & miscellaneous requests

Communicate & present in an effective, concise manner.

Project Management.

Report development & generation.

Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Accounting.

Experience
4-7 years Financial services industry, with a background in financial analysis, enterprise reporting, cost accounting or general accounting.
