    • Busy full-service restaurant oceanfront, seasonal.

    • High volume. Achieving volume, speed, and accuracy.
    • The Line Chef position is year-round.

    Responsible for:
    • All aspects of the kitchen and kitchen staff.
    • Food inventory, food preparation, training, and reinforcement training.

    Qualifications:
    • Motivational with leadership skills.
    • Must have formal training in kitchen management experience.
    • Must have fish and meat-cutting skills.
    • High volume in season.
    • Off-season creativity.
    • Overtime after 50 hours
    • Paid Vacation Time / One Week after 6 months employment
