Job summary
This is a part time position for25 hours per week only. As a Maintenance Technician II at CCI you will perform daily inspections of grounds, parking lots,
and common areas. You will repair minor issues in buildings and foundations including roofs ceilings walls floors basements
and mechanical systems immediately report any health safety or hazardous situations to management monitor maintenance supplies
and procure them when necessary utilize a range of skills including carpentry HVAC electrical plumbing painting and more to conduct
maintenance repairs and preventative measures
