    Coastal Air Plus is a family-owned and operated HVAC company serving communities from Pawley's Island to North Myrtle Beach for over 70 years We offer both commercial and residential heating and air conditioning services, providing our customers with high-quality customer service, prompt and reliable tech services, and top-quality workmanship utilizing industry best practices on every job.

    We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team

    In this position, you will be making inbound and outbound calls to our current clients to check in after service has been completed, as well as offering additional products and services. There will be some cold calling and clerical responsibilities as well. This position requires a genuine and friendly phone voice and personality. Someone who is not afraid of a little rejection, who is easy to talk to, and who likes helping people. Solid computer skills and a self-driven attitude are a must to succeed in this job.

    Work Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, overtime as required

    Pay Scale: $17.00+ per hour depending on experience + Spiffs

    Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • 1-2 years of inside sales, call center, or telemarketing experience
  • Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to operate the multi-line phone system
  • Strong computer skills and ability to type a minimum of 40 wpm
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Positive "can do" attitude
