    Angel City is looking for an Account Manager, Premium Service, to support the growth of Angel City FC's fan base and ticketing department.

    Providing thoughtful, strategic servicing to our Season Ticket Members and fans is paramount to Angel City's success. This role will report to the Manager of Premium Service.


    Responsibilities:
    Achieve individual and team revenue targets as set forth by Angel City leadership, including renewal, upsell, and referrals
    Build relationships and provide best-in-class service to your book of Premium Season Ticket Members
    Drive a solutions-oriented culture by implementing positive leadership behavior
    Proactively engage the enthusiastic base of Premium Season Ticket Members; oversee new customer onboarding and education
    Execute Season Ticket Member touchpoint campaigns and benefits programs
    Generate new and add-on sales through your book of Premium Season Ticket Members and the connections you build with the community
    Create exceptional, memorable experiences for Season Ticket Members through game-day opportunities and events
    Host client meetings and potential client presentations on a regular basis; attend team, community, and other events for the purpose of maximizing client relationships
    Develop and enhance relationships with key stakeholders, actively manage their expectations, and monitor satisfaction levels
    Perform game day responsibilities, including entertaining clients and prospects, as well as working ticket booths and tables

    Requirements:
    A minimum of three years working in ticketing and service, preferably within professional sports, luxury, or hospitality
    Experience managing daily, monthly, and annual expectations
    Ability to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays
    Proven track record of high-level, quantitative service success
    Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal
    Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
    Personable, proactive, creative, and innovative team player who believes in the mission and values of Angel City and the NWSL
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    Ability to anticipate, respond to, and resolve all complaints, requests, and inquiries from assigned account base in a timely and professional manner
    Ideal to have knowledge and proficiency in Archtics, Salesforce, and Tableau

    Compensation

    In addition to the benefits above, this role has a pay of $66,560 plus commission.
