- Provide exceptional customer service for resident inquiries, vendor interactions, and visitor assistance.
- Answer phone calls promptly and courteously, offering helpful and knowledgeable responses.
- Schedule appointments, send out relevant information via email, and follow up with prospects as per company guidelines.
- Assist in organizing engaging events that promote resident involvement and community spirit.
- Maintain a consistently high standard of service for residents and prospects alike.
- Ensure all common areas are clean and welcoming for resident use.
- Manage package/mail rooms, amenity spaces, and other designated areas efficiently.
- Conduct daily showings of model units, guiding prospective tenants along designated tour routes.
- High School diploma or equivalent. Preferably experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- A people-oriented individual with the capacity to interact effectively and professionally with a diverse range of personalities and situations.
- Basic math skills for handling rent payments, deposits, and other financial transactions.
- Proficiency in using computers and software such as Microsoft Office (knowledge of Yardi is a plus).
- Driven to achieve and meet established targets and sales objectives.

Who We Seek
We are in search of a Resident Coordinator who is sociable, energetic, and determined, placing a high value on building and maintaining relationships. You cultivate brand loyalty by ensuring a consistently outstanding resident experience. From promptly following up with prospects and residents in a courteous manner to conducting property tours that comply with regulations while being engaging and informative, you play a crucial role in securing new leases. In addition to handling various administrative tasks meticulously, you go the extra mile to create a superior resident experience. This position also offers support to the Leasing Professional and Property Manager, among other assigned duties.
