Job summary
Consistently demonstrates professionalism and genuine courtesy behaviors with every customer interaction Conducts themselves in a professional manner that fosters a positive work environment Actively participates in one on ones with management and in group meetings Supports all areas of the branch other branches and the bank when needed Assists customer needs in all channels including the teller line branch lobby online email by mail and by phone Takes ownership of and helps resolve all customer issues complaints Proactively engages customers in comprehensive financial conversations introduces products services to meet their needs Assists customers in opening deposit accounts safe deposit boxes IRAs according to company procedures Responsible for closing accounts initiating wire transfer requests issuing replacing debit cards ordering checks assisting fraud disputes helping customers with online mobile banking various account maintenance requests Timely clears any account exceptions Performs bank teller functions including cashing checks making deposits withdrawals accepting loan payments processing night drop mail deposits handling commercial currency exchanges issuing cashiers checks money orders temporary checks Assists with ordering branch currency processing branch currency shipments balancing vaults devices coin machines teller drawers Follows all bank policies procedures complies applicable laws regulations Opens closes bank branch security procedures Other duties responsibilities assigned
