They are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who understands the importance of culture-first recruiting for production and administrative roles. Responsibilities:

• Utilize various recruiting resources to find people who fit the culture for active positions as well as build pipelines for future roles with the company
• Manage the temporary production recruitment process as well as permanent positions
• Assist other members of the recruiting team with administrative and professional recruitment
• Use your expertise to bring innovative solutions to the recruitment process

Qualifications:

• Associates degree in HR, Business, Communications, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience with demonstrated success attracting passive candidates using social media tools/online platforms
• Experience utilizing an ATS to track recruitment
