JOB DESCRIPTION
Overall responsible for QA & QC checks and compliance. Evaluate, implement and improve quality processes. Drive and implement quality management systems and standards. Maintain all the relevant documents related to ISO 9001 / EN206 / SCI precast accreditation scheme certifications.

Responsible for internal and external auditing

Prepare Project Quality Plan (PQP) for every new project and submit to main contractor for consultant approval

Responsible for conducting trial mix and to maintain the daily test cube results

Must visit every site minimum 1 time per week to understand the precast quality issues and feedback to production team to minimise or eliminate the defects in future delivery/production

Must attend precast installation demo at site arranged by HDB/consultant

Submit monthly QAQC report (observations made in the site/precast yard) to managers, report must include manpower used for site rectification works

Conduct QAQC sharing sessions with production/delivery team once in a week to guide them to improve the quality standard

Submit closure report for every consultan/HDB inspection at precast yard/site-precast related matters

Prepare method of statements (MOS) to repair the all kind of defects in the precast panels and get PE and consultant approval before execution

Responsible for incoming and outgoing inspection of products and materials to ensure quality compliance

To arrange for routine material testing as per consultant's requirement

Maintain relationship and liaise with clients to follow up on quality issues

Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Recognised degree for registration with the PE Board will be advantageous. At least 5 years of experience. Experience in HDB BTO project.
