- Quality management representative for ISO/FDA/CGMP
- Provide quality management decisions regarding company standards and customer quality and guides manufacturing in these decisions
- Provide quality management decisions regarding customer requirements (voice of the customer)
- Advise direction of department to meet company or department goals & objectives
- Manage the quality assurance department staff; including quality engineers, inspectors and technicians that provide QA support to the company.
- Enforce & maintain the ISO procedures
- Prioritize department work loads
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience
- 5-10 years in manufacturing, plastic injection molding preferred
- Ability to communicate with internal and external customers.
