Job Responsibilities:

• Take the helm of projects, steering them from conception to delivery, meticulously planning, scheduling, and monitoring budgets.
• Foster transparent and timely communication with clients and our internal teams.
• Collaborate with our Business Development team on proposals to ensure projects are scoped accurately.
• Collaborate and advocate for positive changes in processes that enhance efficiency and quality.
• Effectively manage a full slate of account clients amid ever-changing requirements and priorities.
• Gather reviews and testimonials from clients to showcase our impactful work.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of account management experience a proven track record of success.
• Four-year degree in business, communications, public relations, or a related field the foundation for your professional journey.
• Exceptional multitasking abilities adeptly managing diverse responsibilities.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and HTML/CSS tools for crafting impactful experiences.
• Deep understanding of account management best practices guiding projects with expertise.
• Insight into the creative process for both web and print projects where imagination meets execution.
• Acute attention to detail identifying potential issues before they impact a project.
• Highly effective communicator fostering clear and collaborative communication.
• Strong customer-centric viewpoint valuing and prioritizing client relationships.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle understanding the journey from concept to creation.
• Ability to identify and work through complex problems, including conflict resolution a strategic problem solver.
