Job summary: Looking to build a lasting career Join a team that is inclusive and embraces all individuals Top level compensation packages Exceptional health dental and disability benefits Career and compensation advancement programs Student loan forgiveness programs 401k company match Bilingual pay differential Holiday PTO and employer paid life insurance Clinical licensure supervision and reimbursement Evidence based treatment approaches training and supervision Job Responsibilities Observe members listen to concerns record the observations Document report any areas of concerns related to the member's behaviors interactions in clinical records per policy Supports agency's mission goals management decisions Monitor the health safety of members signs symptoms mental illness reporting any concerns appropriate staff in accordance with reporting policies Exhibits professionalism positive role modeling for members peers outside groups visitors Provides services coordination based on member needs requests Works effectively with member support system clinical therapeutic groups Acts advocate liaison for member access resources support service plan goals Participates supervisions required by licensing agency funding source or as requested by supervisor May be required transport members personal company vehicles Identifies appropriate providers facilities through continuum care communicates interdisciplinary team develop maintain positive working relationships members families providers Collaborates primary care healthcare professionals interdisciplinary team offer individualized assistance improving maintaining quality member care Maintains updates member records assessments treatment plans Develops individual service plans time specific action oriented Completes progress notes using covered billing codes meets engagement unit expectations Exploring community resources seek alternative options Monitors evaluates effectiveness individual service plan Responsible following policies procedures controls established organization HIPAA Privacy Officer Security Officer regarding access PHI Maintains approved schedule acceptable level of attendance This position requires ability mobility perform physical de escalation techniques necessary take pass physical de escalation exam Includes ability stand sit prolonged periods occasionally stoop bend kneel crouch reach twist Lift carry push pull moderate amount weight Performs other related duties assigned necessary relate general nature position Qualifications Bachelor degree field related behavioral health social work OR Associate degree field related behavioral health social work AND 2 years experience OR H S diploma 4 years behavioral health experience Regulatory Minimum age DPS Level I fingerprint clearance must possess upon hire throughout employment CPR First Aid AED certification if required ,
