Job summary
We're hiring a hands-on Site Manager to manage daily operations in Cedar Falls. This role combines technical expertise, team leadership, and operational ownership to ensure uptime, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced mining environment.Responsibilities
- Own site uptime, efficiency, and operational performance
- Monitor miner health, power usage environmental conditions infrastructure Monitor and maintain equipment inventory Manage deployments upgrades decommissions Troubleshoot escalate issues Coordinate with engineering teams vendors contractors Lead site projects track KPIs Maintain site logs reports policy compliance Support SOP development process improvements
