    Job Summary

    We are seeking a skilled sales professional to champion the sale of maintenance contracts for services to property managers and commercial real estate facility managers.

    About the Role

    Due to significant growth, our landscape maintenance client with branches throughout the Phoenix market is expanding its Business Development sales team.

    You will be responsible for creating and executing a sales plan to grow market share of landscape, arbor care, and irrigation services to BtoB, CRE, and HOA clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Create and execute a sales strategy to increase market share
    • Represent the company in professional groups, associations, and events
    • Promote and close winning proposals that align with client objectives and company capabilities

    Requirements

    To succeed in this role, you will need:
