About this job

The Care Specialist supports the holistic well-being of international workers,
serving program leaders and participants and Mission Network staff.
This role provides care coordination guidance during transitions
and support in times of conflict or crisis helping individuals and teams thrive spiritually emotionally and relationally across diverse global contexts This role does not provide clinical counseling or therapy but coordinates care support referrals as appropriate.
