Job summary
The Storeroom Lead is responsible for overseeing daily storeroom operations,including inventory control, organization
, distribution and supervision of storeroom staff.
This role ensures accurate inventory levels,
proper storage and timely issuance of supplies to all hotel departments—particularly Food & Beverage,
Culinary, Housekeeping, Engineering and Banquets—while maintaining Hyatt's standards for internal controls,
safety and efficiency.
