    As an Experienced Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our residents. Your dedication to creating a nurturing and comfortable environment will contribute to the overall well-being of those entrusted to our care.

    Responsibilities:
    Personal Care:
    • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
    • Provide mobility assistance and transfer residents as needed.
    • Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
    • Understands basic caregiving procedures, hygiene care, medication management, and emergency protocols.
    • Observant and attentive to residents' needs and changes in their condition.
    Companionship:
    • Foster meaningful relationships with residents through engaging in conversations and companionship.
    • Plan and participate in recreational activities to promote socialization and mental stimulation.
    Health Monitoring:
    • Observe and report changes in residents' physical or mental condition to the nursing staff.
    • Assist in monitoring vital signs and overall health status.
    • Monitor and record vital signs, and changes in health condition, and report any concerns to the appropriate medical staff.
    • Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals and document accurately in residents' records.
    Meal Assistance:
    • Support residents during meal times, ensuring dietary preferences and restrictions are adhered to.
    • Assist with feeding as necessary.

    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience as a caregiver in an assisted living or similar setting.
    • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or relevant certification is preferred.
    • Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards seniors.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
    • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
    • Understanding of proper lifting and caregiving techniques.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
    • Ability to adapt to changing needs and situations in a fast-paced environment.
    • Caregivers must be reliable and punctual.
