Responsibilities

The Restorative Nurse Aide delivers restorative nursing care to prevent decline and to attain maximum functionality.
Maintain accurate restorative nursing progress documentation records on all patients participating in the restorative program.Participate in the patient care planning process.Train other direct care staff in restorative techniques,equipment,and self-help devices Notify nursing and/or rehabilitation therapy of patients who may be experiencing a change in their level of functioning.
