- Maintaining and improving plant reliability through identifying/correcting bad actors and conducting root cause failure analyses
- Collaborating with operations personnel in troubleshooting mechanical problems and implementing technology improvements
- Acting as a mechanical resource for projects and managing small projects as assigned
- Applying knowledge of best industry practices for maintenance reliability activities
- Providing oversight of contractors and suppliers performing Mechanical Integrity work
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field with at least 3 years of experience
- Mechanical Reliability experience in a chemical or manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of maintenance standards applicable to the chemical industry
- Ability to work in a team environment and drive continuous improvement
- General knowledge of SAP preferred
