Seeking a CPST Specialist to support adults with serious mental health concerns in improving their community functioning. Key responsibilities include coaching clients in social awareness and skill development, improving relationships with family and friends, providing opportunities for community integration, learning skills to manage symptoms and improve daily living, and preparing for educational and vocational opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a human service field, at least 2 years of experience working in behavioral health or human services settings, knowledge of human development and family systems issues, understanding of mental health diagnoses including substance use disorders,
