    Toolworks, a recognized leader in providing community-based services, is searching for a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Director for our Supported Living (SLS) and Independent Living (ILS) Programs for our Hearing Services unit.

    This role is crucial in ensuring the highest quality of life and independence for the clients we serve.

    Leadership & Operations:

    Oversee the daily operations of SLS and ILS, ensuring excellence in service and compliance with regulatory standards (CARF, DDS, etc.).


    Staff Development:
    Manage and mentor program managers and staff, fostering professional growth and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

    Compliance & Quality Assurance:

    Community Engagement:
    Represent Toolworks in the community, maintaining a professional demeanor and cooperative relationships with all stakeholders.

    Experience:
    Minimum of three years in a supervisory role, ideally within a community or human services setting.
    Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Rehabilitation Counseling, or a related field. Equivalent experience in the I/DD field may be considered.

    Skills:
    Exceptional report writing, time management, and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
