    Job Description

    We are a bilingual call center operating 24/7, 365 days a year, seeking dedicated individuals to join our team on a part-time basis at our office. If you're fluent in English and Spanish, self-motivated, and enjoy working in a team environment, this role might be perfect for you. The position offers flexible hours with potential for full-time hours as call volume fluctuates.

    • Fluency in English and Spanish is required
    • Excellent spelling and grammar skills
    • Ability to follow instructions and type at least 35 words per minute accurately
    • Internet savvy with a keen eye for detail
    • Dependable and customer-oriented

    Training will be provided on our equipment and programs. You'll handle calls, interact with diverse callers, and gain insights into various industries. Upholding privacy laws and maintaining a positive attitude are crucial to succeeding in this role.
